The role
You'll be workshop-based, inspecting, servicing and repairing heavy goods trailers to a consistently high standard, using the latest tooling in a well-maintained facility.
- Inspect, service and repair HGV trailers to a high maintenance standard
- Work in line with EHS guidelines and road traffic legislation
- Complete all compliance documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workstation
- Deliver great customer service while working to deadlines
What you'll need
- Time-served technician or City & Guilds 1, 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
- Proven trailer repair experience - essential
- Welding experience
- Able to manage your own workload and work autonomously
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
Shift work is required including some weekends. A background check forms part of onboarding.
